This is a place i used to use to farm green vet 1 items- and also raise skills on weapon skill lines.  Pick a chest lock and up goes whatever you have in skills lines.

The justice system has made this a good place to hang out again. THe items can be sold now- as all my trade skills are maxed.. no need for them.

Legerdemain is a thieves skill line open by picking a chest lock. What allows you to raise levels in it? Picking more chests-

Got o Balfoyen and find the port in the north..... bingo - here is a map of all the chest locations. Legerdemain level 2 in aprox 50 minutes.  Try it out...... you need to be VR1 if this isnt your local spot
